TeeJet 23120A-1/2-PP Pressure Regulator with Repair Kit (Bundle, 2 Items)

This bundle includes 2 items: (1) TeeJet 23120A-1/2-PP Pressure Regulator and (1) Regulator Repair Kit. TeeJet 23120 Pressure Regulators are piston-type manual pressure relief valves that bypass excess liquid and control pressure. They can be adjusted to maintain control of line pressure at any pressure, as long as its within the regulating valve's operating range. Maximum Pressure: 150 psi. Maximum Flow Rate: 40-50 gpm @ 100-120 psi. Extra large valve passages are well-suited for handling large flows. The TeeJet 23120 Regulator Repair Kit includes all the wearing parts you will need to bring your 23120A-1/2-PP Regulator back to life. If your system cannot generate the proper pressure and all the volume returns to the tank instead of creating pressure out of the nozzle, this most likely indicates the seats or o-rings are worn. Repair Kit includes 1 x Polypropylene Spring Retainer (# CP23124-PP), 1 x Stainless Steel Retaining Pin (# CP23126-302SS), 1 x Viton O-Ring (# CP7717-15-VI), 1 x Polypropylene Guide Seat (# CP23125-PP). Note we do not include the spring in this kit because it is not as prone to wear as some other parts. TeeJet is a division of Spraying Systems.
