Yes, a winch is required to operate this snow plow. If your machine doesn't come equipped with one, you'll need to purchase one separately.
What is the recommended lift height for the plow?
At stock height, it is only recommended to lift the plow up to 25" off the ground when running at a 30° angle. Machines with more than 3" of lift may require our Plow Pro Snow Plow drop bracket (SPB-DB-001).
How difficult is the installation process?
Installation is designed to be quick and easy with a direct bolt-on process that requires no drilling. The mount can remain on your machine year-round for convenient blade attachment.
