The midsole, made from a special type of EVA with special properties, allows an excellent compromise between responsiveness and cushioning for high performance both on ascent and mountain. On the ascent, you are driven by the extraordinary responsiveness of the sole with every step and the cushioning is guaranteed when descending. The wide shape of the sole in the forefoot provides unsurpassed support stability that conveys safety and comfort with every step, even at speed and during short runs. The sole provides exceptional grip on soft ground, due to the extremely aggressive shape of the pulls as well as on rocky ones thanks to the Ande Grip rubber with high grip and the wide "climbing zone" in the forefoot area. The highly abrasion-resistant mesh upper is additionally protected by a movable seamless TPU cage made from a single shape, which in addition to protection against rocks allows an optimal foot bandage and further increases stability.
